Default Walther/S&W can kiss my @#$

Still havent got my P22 back after sending it in to the factory for the California retrofit. Sent it in back in March. After many letters, many calls and many headaches I still get to wait to see if they will let me have it back.

So what do they say is the problem????

This does not sound like the way S&W does business. What does it take to remove one barrel and put on another or simply send you another gun without the threads (through a dealer with new DROS of course for new serial number of new gun-yes, a pain but you'd at least have a gun).

S&W made a mistake and released a gun in november before it could be viewed by California officials on Jan 1. Several of us bought them. ( about 1500 were sold here ) They are under HUGE heat from the DOJ.( Like never being allowed to sell another pistol in California ) My guess is they will wait till the last minute and pay us back for the guns. It is just the way they are going about it : Waiting, dodging, Forms, letters, Who?, huh?, We'll get back to ya.....

Ya - I used to like S&W, but after this I haved lost all respect.

LAME!!!!

I still hold true to my many year standing on S&W when they came back on the scene, with new owners and rules to dealers. No new S&W will "EVER" grace my line up of firearms.
.......and that means EVER!!!!!
