Alan Dershowitz is saying the charges are unethical and will most likely be thrown out by a Judge.
Ya think?! Under Florida law, the charges of Second degree murder are implicit of a "depraved mind", and there is NO evidence of this anywhere in this case or his history. That was the very thought I had when this came up, a charge of Manslaughter would have been a more reasonable application, as that is a very broad brush , but this is what happens when we cater to the ignorance and emotions of these fools who are in some cases calling for, of all things, First degree murder charges. Where is the evidence that Zimmerman knew Martin BEFORE this incident, and PLANNED and put that action into plan? Do these idiots actually think a Prosecutor has a "pick one and make it stick regardless of the evidence" option? Ya know, with all the criminal shows on the telly these days, one would think at least SOME of these bozos would pick up a pointer or two. This will be the problem in the coming weeks, when it doesn't go their way and Zimmerman walks, their ignorance of the very laws that protect THEM too WILL come into play.

As I posted on a different thread.........it is going to be hard for a good judge not to throw this charges out at the first preliminary trail. BUT...if they do they will kill their career at this point.
