Default H&R 922 .22Cal 9 Shot Revolver age??

i would like to know about the year of production for this particular handgun. i have looked everywhere and nothing has helped me. i saw this forum and decided to try it out because of the amount of knowledege on this brand and gun.

the sn# is R459XX

Any help on aging this gun would be great

R = 1955 manufacture

Depends on condition.
A LNIB 922 will bring probably $ 175- 200.
With values dropping from there.
Need more info/pictures, before anyone can tell you what it may be worth.
