Default 30-30 Savage Model # 1899

I was given a 30-30 Savage Model 99 from my Dad. I am trying to get some info on this gun. It has the counter on the side, round barrel. The Serial # is 143XXX. How do I find out how old the rifle is? How much would it be worth? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Welcome.

Made about 1913.

Value depends on condition. Suggest you post some clear pictures.
