http://rockymountainnews.com/drmn/lo...010915,00.html Rocky Mountain News Suspect in Aurora assault killed By News Staff June 4, 2003 A suspected attacker was killed late Tuesday after he allegedly assaulted a woman and entered her Aurora home and was shot by a man inside, police said. The woman said she was assaulted by two people after she went outside of her home to get her purse from her car, police said. One of the suspects then entered the home at East Fifth Avenue and Emporia Street and was shot, according to police. The suspect was taken to a nearby hospital and died overnight. The second suspect fled the scene.
