Is there anyone out there who has a 300wsm or 270wsm that has shot it through a chronograph?

If so, can you tell me if they measure up to the ballistics published by Winchester?

I hear people talking all the time about published ballistics. Pushing the exact same bullet at the same speed with less powder doesn't make sense to me.
