Default Winchester book

Hi,While cleaning out my shop I came across some of my old shop manuals and one of them is an original shop manual for the wincester model 12 Dated 1957.
I've asked around and can't seem to get any real idea of what its worth. So far I've been offered everything from 5$ to an even swap for a model 12 beater from a local collector.

Could sure use some help on this one.
