Taurus M85CHULT UltraLite/Titanium
Has anyone fired a significant amount of Cor-Boom's (sorry, I couldn't help it, CorBon's) excellent .38 +P's, through an UltraLite frame with a Titaniuim cylinder? I use this gun for CCW since it's so light and accurate with the 110 grain +P's. The 5 shot Titanium cylinder is very small and light with pretty thin walls and the CorBon ammo is so violent (I've learn to control it) that in the back of my mind I worry about pulling the trigger and the gun flying to pieces! Taurus certifies my gun for +P jacketed ammo and I know that CorBon is a member of SAAMI, but this +P ammo feels like my SP101 with 125 grain Remington JHP's in it. In fact, the SP101 doesn't kick quite as hard!
Anybody have any experience as to the durability of this type of gun with CorBon ammo? All comments appreciated.
