Default Made the web page

Made the Firebird Drag strip web page.

It’s challenging enough to win one racing event let alone five. After years of racing with a manual transmission, Glen Phillips has accomplished an extraordinary feat. He has won five consecutive Super Shifter classes (essentially undefeated in the inaugural year of the Rich’s Auto Care & Dyno eliminator). A former Sears Point track champion before picking up stakes and moving to Middleton a few years ago, Phillips has been a familiar face in both Sportsman and Pro, along with an assortment of other classes. With the advent of the all-new stick shift class, he has certainly found the groove, collecting 20 straight rounds wins, a perfect season thus far, with a sea of competitors trying to knock him off the block during the High School & Alumni Series events. The next stop for points will be Friday night, July 20th. Congratulations to Glen (and his consistent Mustang) and best of luck to the remainder of the class in trying to be the first stop him from pulling off the perfect season.

Ladies and gentlemen....

In the right lane... we have Glens67.
In the left lane... is Sting75ray.

Racers take your line.

Congrats Glen. That's a mark few of us will ever make in our lives.

It could be racing, or checkers. A truly notable feat.

It'll look like somebody with a truck that wished he had a Mustang instead!
