Mr. Chaos,
Welcome to the forum.
You have a 2nd Model SMALL FRAME HAMMERLESS BICYCLE in the serial number range of the 5th Variation, therefore most likely made in 1915.
The BICYCLE Variation is identical to the SMALL FRAME HAMMERLESS except for the 2" barrel. It was offered chambered in 5 x .32 S&W or 7 x .22 short or long cartridges and was made to handle smokeless/Nitro powder loadings (signified by the cartridge stamping on left side of barrel beginning in 1905). NOTE: the .22 was made to handle standard velocity black powder or semi-smokelss loads, only.
Not many options offered with this variation - standard finish is Nickel with blue as an option; standard grip panels are molded, black hard rubber with Mother-of-Pearl, checkered walnut or Ivory (RARE) as options.
Current RETAIL values are fairly high for this class of gun, because of collectibility due to scarceness: 100%/NIB $265; 95% $200; 90% $160; 80% $135
Here's pics of a couple variants of this Model:
