Interesting commentary on gun control - The Firearms Forum

"Gun control" is not the final intention.

Some time ago I read or heard a statement saying, "Fear the Government that fears armed citizens"...or something to that effect.

Decades earlier I read or heard that the only reason Japan did not invade America was because they believed every American was armed.

A few decades ago we heard a certain Russian Prime Minister tell us that we had nothing to fear from his country. He told us that we would fall from within.

Today we have certain parties/organizations whose only purpose is to destroy the American Republic. The leader members are Politicians claiming to be our benifactors, others are rich citizens financing mob/demonstrators training camps, demonstrations and the remainder members are "useful idiots". There is no truth left in our news media. Our children are being taught a false/shameful American history. Our God is being removed by our courts... I could go on and on naming the destructions of our Nation but the list is too long.

Some years ago, Tony Blair was over heard asking Bill Clinton why he was still allowing Americans to have guns. Clinton's reply was, "It's that damn Constitution." It is shocking to know a President of this Nation was heard to curse our protection, The Constitution. But understandable.

The question I have never heard ask is; WHY does the whole world (including some in our own government)want American citizans to be unarmed?

Perhaps Japan could explain this mystery to us.

I have heard the same statement before allso, i do not know what is wrong with the rest of the world.I truly believe the statement a ARMED MAN IS A CITIZEN, AN UNARMED MAN IS A SLAVE.

I remember seeing one of those old "Willie & Ethel" comics. In the first frame, Willie is sitting at the kitchen table, cleaning his shotgun. Ethel is nagging him saying, "Willie, what would you do if everybody else in the world got rid of their guns?"

In the next frame, while still holding his shotgun replies "RULE WISELY!"
