Default REMINGTON PETERS 12 GA.

I HAVE A BOX OF 12 GA. 2and 3/4,head stamped remington peters, high brass, dark green in color and stamped on the plastic it has-------S MAG DUPLEX 2X6.Don't know what type of shell this is. If its a shell containing both #2 and #6 shot or what? If anyone can tell me I'd be grateful, cause its sure been bothering me to know. LOL

Hi Butch and welcome to TFF. Glad to have you posting here.

You do have a duplex load of both #2 and #6 shot. Hope this helps. I have forgotten the reason for this and I hope someone will refresh both our memories on this.

If memory serves me correctly(?????), they were developed for turkey hunting.
