Any one else getting a little tired of all the bickering between Romney and Gingrich?
I have had just about enough of both of them. I'm tired of them making personnel attacks against each other, rather than debating the issues. I think they should just put on boxing gloves, and get it over with. Or better yet, maybe TFF could donate a couple of nice dulling pistols for the cause.

If obozo appoints a successor, we won't have to listen to it ever again. If not, unfortunately, that's the way it is.

Behind the scenes, it's something like this: Obozo to the House; I will open the country to oil drilling, lessen the regulatory rules so small business can operate, I'll cancel obozocare my self. The House says no. Obozo tell the country what he offered the House, and says, the House said Screw The Americans. Obozo=we just can't get anything done. Now, for what he didn't tell the people. Yes, he offered the House all that ( remember, this is an example ). But, he also said, in addition to me doing that, here's what you have to do; allow me to reign for 12 years instead of 8. Allow me to reinstate Acorn with full privileges at the White House. Allow all my socialist/marxists czars to do what they will, without interference. Blah..blah..blah. He speaks with a forked tongue...half-truths that sound like he made a hell of a deal with the House, but, woe-is-me, we just can't agree on anything. The examples are extreme, but there in lay the facts of how he ( them ) work. It's a smoke and mirrors.

Hey Geds, We've been enjoying the heck outta them; wife even watches and pays attention; a few laughs for sure; popcorn too. Well, what do ya do when the kids are off at school & when it's minus 38 and suppose to hit minus 55.
When it's all said and done, they'll kiss and make up and when they get elected, they'll keep spending like the there's been no change from the dems; for sure you wait and see. I saw a 378 Mark V weatherby on AK list. I bet that be the ticket for nx May's grizz up on our summit. |

If pelosi had anything on newt, she would have already spilled the beans. That witch couldnt hold it in that long. She is attempting to bluff because she fears newt. Plain and simple.

http://thehill.com/homenews/house/83...90-house-bills
Exasperated House Democratic leaders have compiled a list showing that they have passed 290 bills that have stalled in the Senate. The list is the latest sign that Democrats in the lower chamber are frustrated with their Senate counterparts. Earlier this month in an MSNBC interview, House Democratic Caucus Chairman John Larson (Conn.) said, “There’s a host of things that we’ve passed already, and there needs to be action in the Senate, and people are tired of it,” adding that he was “glad the president cited the House” for making more progress than the Senate in his State of the Union address. Obozo has been telling the people of America that he can't get anything done because the House won't do anything. That has resulted in 90% of America thinking that the problem is in the House, not the Senate. Watch what happens in the next election. We will have a Democratic controled Senate, and a Democratic controled House. Add to that either Obozo, or Mitt Rummy as President, and you have a liberal power that will CHANGE America! Right now there are two clear front runners for President in the GOP. Do any of you really think that Newt, or Mitt, can beat Obozo? I don't! However, which ever one is the GOP candidate will get my vote.

Yes, I watched the GOP Debate on Jan 26 with a big pain growing in my backside. And again the news media (Wolf Blitzer) made it in to a circus. Blitzer pitted both Romney and Gingrich against each other on subjects of personal and petty questions wasting everybody's time. Blitzer was even booed by the crowd and it didn't even slow him down. What an ego this guy must have.
I wanted to hear about the issue's, the platforms, and how each of these candidates were going to do things different than Obozo to get America back on track and fix Washington. |

You must be a liberal. That is what is said on this forum if you do not say Obama will lose this election EVEN if you state you do not support Obama. Unless everyone who has made that statement to me is two-faced...

I think it's a joke and I think Ron Paul is still the best/most qualified up there for the position to lead the free world. As much as I don't like Santorum, at least he didn't fall for the trick and said they needed to focus on real issues instead of this petty little bickering about Fannie & Freddie investments.

I agree, but not enough people are actually informed on what candidates are about and they just see him as that "guy who keeps running and will never win" or as "that guy the conspiracy theory crowd supports" and don't even give him a thought. Couple that with the media completely avoiding him for people to actually get informed I don't see it happening.

The issue with Paul is, Paul. Yes, some good points, but his bad points are what's keeping him at the bottom. This has been discussed to death, both here, and by him on the tube. He knows it too. Seventy-eight years old. This is his last hurrah.

It's not possible for me to watch, or listen to anything obozo says.
My worse nightmare, and probably the end of my watching the news all together, would be for pelosi to again be speaker of the House. Makes me ill just typing this. She is worse than fingernails scraping across a blackboard.

Try this short editorial on for size......transcripted from my local newspaper I call the"Daily Disappointment" :
Have you listened to the latest rhetoric being spewed by politicians the last few months? During the latest round of silliness called “debates” more than one of the proposed “saviors” of current office holder (that according to most cannot do anything correctly) states that this person or that person is not representing the party. Ours is a representative form of government and we need to elect people that represent the constituency, not a “party”. Parties are to represent the basic views of a constituency, not the only method of voting and, the Members of Congress are to represent Americans. There are two views of how Members of Congress should balance their obligations to their constituents and to their nation: Trustee and Delegate views of representative government….. The Trustee view states that your role is to think of the country as a whole and not just your congressional district. For example, if a Kentuckian believes a policy is best for the country but not for Kentucky, then that person needs to support the policy. The trustee view occurs mostly in the Senate, since Senators are re-elected every six years and a disfavored policy from four or five years ago will not be well remembered. The trustee view states that the delegate represents whole of society. The Delegate view is that the Member of Congress represents preferences of constituents. This best reflects the approach in the House of Representatives because representatives are up for re-election every two years. Their constituents will likely remember very clearly that representative’s voting record — and whether or not it was supported. I have seen neither for many, many years. Think when you vote, please! If you wish for change, you can make a change happen by virtue of your power to gather together and vote. Our country has, for the last half century at least, failed to hold the Members of our Government accountable for their actions (either party). We continue to let a minority elect and political lobbyists influence with big money everything that takes place in Washington. No longer are we, the people, represented. of course, I am biased...I wrote this thing! |

Back the the original question from Rocketman1...
Yes, I'm fed up with all of it, and no, I did not watch the debate. Newt has addressed the involvement of these debates moderated by the MSM. From what I've read and heard, I must agree. This latest one is the icing on the cake. Wolf Blitzkrieg was booed for the questions he asked, and he didn't let up. The entire debate was the intent of the liberal controlled MSM to keep stirring the pot, and avoid any real debate that is pertinent. Nothing new there. ![]() I'm sorely dissappointed that neither candidate didn't get up and walk out. ![]() Neither one of them had the sack to play the BS card. BOTH of them are complicent in furthering the liberal agenda. If ya can't stand up to the MSM, whatcha gonna do when it comes to decision time for the country? Ya gonna let them tell ya what to do or say? Stick yer finger in the wind based on their input? Yeah, I'm fed up all right. The party in control is destroying our nation, and the opposition is shackled by the party in control. Death by a thousand cuts is still death in the end. The liberals understand that concept, and the conservatives would like to think otherwise. WAKE UP! ![]() ![]() ![]() Kick the MSM to the curb and debate the issues that affect ALL of us! I don't CARE if Mitt has money. I don't CARE how many times Newt has been married. What are ya gonna do for our country? ![]()

I'm not a liberal. Just wait and see how this election turns out. I am a Tea Paty Member, and I was in Washington back in Sept. of '09. I support my local Republican candidates, and I work for them at election time. I believe that the current crop of candidates for President of the Republican party are all weak sisters. I don't believe that any one of them has a chance of beating Obozo in the up coming election. I also believe that the Republican Party will loose control of the House as well. What I want is for Constitutionaly minded men, and women to control the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. But I don't usually get what I want. Let's see how things turn out. I'm sure that you will be one of the many that will be voting for Obozo.

This guy is fairly new here, and he don't know me! So I will over look the fact that he is new, and probably young.
