Default Beretta 92 - 96 Comparison?

Just wondering what the differences are between the Beretta 92 & 96, can someone splain them to me? Thanks

Basically, a B92 is in 9mm and the B96 is .40S&W.

Ya thats pretty much what I thought. But I keep thinking that I have seen a 92 in .40 S&W also.

Go with the .40 cal in the 96....I had one and it preformed flawlessly. I am kicking myself for getting rid of it although I eventually got an AR-15 for it.....But still, I wish I could have worked the deal differently....I'm going to have another one.

I've got the 92 and the 96. They both are very dependable. As was said earlier, the main difference is the 92 is 9mm and the 96 is .40SW.
