Pork should be cooked untill an internal temp of 160 - 170 is reached. The larger the piece of meat, the longer it takes to reach that temp. The hotter the grill, the faster it will reach the desired temp. Time for cooking depends on the size of the piece of meat, and the temp of the device used to cook it.
