Hi Imoored......welcome to TFF.

Eastern Arms was a trade name used by Sears, Roebuck, & Co. on both shotguns and inexpensive revolvers made by the Iver Johnson Arms and Cycle works.

Most likely time frame, 1910 to 1930's. Don't know what the value would be.
