Default Browning 81L

My Daughter just bought a Browning 81L BLR 7MM Rem. Mag.
According to Browning Arms USA, it was manufactured in 1992. It looks brand new. There is a scope on it. The only markings on the scope are, BSA Classic 3-12X50.
Does anyone have any idea what the rig is worth?

Thanks for any help.
