I was reloading ammo on my Square Deal B press when the handle broke. I called Dillon Precission and told the customer service rep. what had happened. He asked how old is the press. I told him 14 years. He said no problem, a new handle and up grade kit will be shipped today. No charge for parts or shipping. The Dillon " no- B.S." warranty is the best I've ever seen. Shooter

They are known for customer service - Dillion is located at the airport in Scottsdale, Az - just a hoot & holler northwest of me.
