A BA measures Blood Alcohol Content ( BAC ). Having a mouthful of your drawers won't change anything. Even if you chew tobacco.

The best way to keep from having to take a breath test is puke on the officer's shoes, they never seem to make you take one after that...

it helps if you have the assistant commissioner in the car with you and he's passed out and you explain you had to drive the poor guy home , how would it look to have a commisioner of police pulled over drunk driving .. the test kit never even saw light of day , it was "how far do you have to go ? ok .. follow me " end of story
for the rest of us it's "blow until i tell you to stop" |
