Default Another FNG

First accept my apology for not doing this in the begining. To be honest I didn't expect to be hear this long. However, I have enjoied the ADULT posting and discussions on the the topics. That said let me tell you a little about myself.

I served in the US Army from 72 to 76. No I didn't go to Nam, they sent me to Alaska instead. I was a smallarms repairman. Upon getting out of the Army I spent the next 29 years in Law Enforcement, most of which was spent with the Baton Rouge PD. My wife and I retired as LT's.

Since Retirement We have moved to Southern Missouri, where my wife does horse things and my 4 wheeler loves me! We are both NRA Life Members.

Welcome, WG2000.

But do you mind calling me that just once in front of my wife?

Heartiest welcome to our little corner of the funny farm, Wolf! Take everything with a grain of salt, and be skeptical of anything Polishshooter argues, and you'll do just fine.

Welcome, and congratulations on moving to a fine little corner of the world. I live in Lawrence County, between Springfield and Joplin. Sometimes the most exciting thing to do is watch the grass grow, but it beats the city rat race anyday.

Welcome to our little home Wolf

I think you'll find, like I did, that it's like a big family around here (yes family members but heads on occasion too)

Hope you get comfortable and stick around for awhile.

Welcome to TFF! Glad to have you with us. It can get addictive here. Just watch out for the Dawg. He keeps lying down in the most unlikely places. Mostly near plastic objects!

Don't listen to him, Wolf. Dawg is one of our more intelligent, progressive members and an excellent judge of good pistols. This is most evident in the Dawg's appreciation of fine Teutonic pistols such as the Glock. Inplano, on the other hand, still believes that the 1873 Colt was the acme of revolver design.
