Default searching for information

my mother passed away over the holidays and we found a H&R Model 929 handgun. i don't have any history of this pistol,dont even know how long she had it. it says .H&R INC.GARDNER,MASS USA.MODEL 929 22L.R.MADE IN USA.SERIAL #AX011292. i have been on the net but found nothing. i also need a manual/parts list.

The 929 was know as the Sidekick mfg from 1956 to 1985
The AX ser # is 1982.
Value is around $78 to $100

anglia,
my list shows h&r used "ax" in 1981. but 81 or 82 does not matter that much with it comes to the owners manuals given with these revolvers. they were little more than how to load and unload no parts list or drawings. i do have one, it is one page folded in half to make four. best parts list and drawings are in the numrich arms catalog and i believe it is available on line at www.e-gunparts.com the value 22wrf gave you is right on for my part of the country.
