Default I have the Book Inplanotx.

I have been reading alot. I read the section on heat treating. I rember you said you had a way of doing it. Would you share the idea?

Hi Frosty!

Well, I have another book, which I will send ya if you send me a PM with your address. The book is called:

"Jacketed Performance With Cast Bullets" by Veral Smith.

Don't know if you can still find a copy, but it explains all the ins and outs of getting the most from a cast bullet. His heat treating methods are explained and can raise the bhn rate of as cast WW from 18bhn to 35 bhn. About double the hardness. Pretty simple to do if you have an oven or even go out and buy a simple convection oven just for this. Send me your address and I'll let you borrow the book for a while. Send it back when you are done!
