Default Powder through and RCBS die??

i know ive seen that with some lee dies you can actually mount your powder charger to the top a die during the expanding (belling) stage and charge powder on the upstroke. Is this possible with RCBS dies for 9MM?

Yes you can make the RCBS Uniflow case activated by using the RCBS CAPD, case activated powder die.
