Obama: Voters 'Scared,' Not Thinking Clearly About Election
Americans are so "scared" they're not thinking straight about the upcoming elections, President Obama said over the weekend, as he sought to explain why voters are turning to Republican candidates. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010...tics+-+Text%29

YUP! I'm scared! When you have a president and congress who defiantly pass bill after bill in the face of their constituents of whom the majority has made clear that they do NOT want the bills passed, and then dare the constiuents to actually have the gall to do something about it, it scares the crap out of me! And it should you also. When you have a president who in less than two years in office has done more to polarize the people of this nation than any other time in its history, with the possible exception of the 1860's, it's scary!
But what is the scariest thing of all is that there is a large measure of people (obviously a majority) who are so blinded that they follow these "leaders" without question just because they promise "hope and change". People who are apparently so hopeless that they will elect the most underqualified candidate in our history and hang on every word he says without question. People who are so unhappy and so desirous of change that they are willing to change EVERYTHING, even that which is good, about this country! People who will vote for a candidate based solely on the color of his skin (many actually said they were voting for Obama just because he was black) instead of the content of his character. It's scary just knowing that there are so many obvious idiots in this country who vote! Yes, we will vote these people out of office soon, but the idiots remain among us and they will vote in the next election, and the next, and the next... It scares me when we are attacked by people of a certain ethnic or religious background and then we actually EMBRACE our attackers, in so much that we allow them to worship the god in whose name they attacked us AT the place of the slaughter! It scares me that we have become so "politically correct" and are afraid of offending anyone, that we accept all without scrutiny, even those who wish to do us harm. Sorta like hugging a rattlesnake, ain't it. We open our borders, we reuce our security, we continually put ourselves and others at risk so as not to hurt anyone's feelings. That scares me.

Fear is their greatest weapon. Don't be afraid to express your true feelings about these people on election day and vote them all out.

Yes, I am fearful. I'm afraid for my daughters and future generations that they won't be able to experience living in the USA that I grew up in. It's going to be more like socialist Eurpoe than the United States.

I'm not scared at all. I'm looking forward to what is to come. Everyone wants to blame Obama or Bush or "insert political leader here". The faces you see aren't the ones that are calling the shots. You have to look deeper. Follow the money. Why do you think all the things that have happened in the last ten years have happened? Our country is about to self destruct and it is the best thing for it. We are about to be Balkanised and there is nothing you or I can do about it except roll with it. Bullets and beans, bullets and beans!

I just get scared when I see Pelosi's face. Imagine seeing that in the morning.

Not scared, not fearful. I am doing my part by Writing, Speaking and Doing... As we all should be. This is a turning point in American history. One that we will live to see the results of...
Should it not go our way, there will be a mess to clean up afterwards... |

We have allowed the government to let millions of foreigners come into this country who have absolutely no idea of the concept of liberty, freedom, constitution or democracy. Yet they all get to vote, get benefits they never helped contribute to, push their ideology and promote their religion. And we get to pay the bill.
The government creates the problems or at the very least establishes the atmosphere that allows the problems to materialize. And we get to pay the bill. The government through the federal reserve controls the monetary policy. The government writes the tax codes. The government makes the federal budget. The government votes on appropriations. The government sets fiscal policy. The government creates deficits. And we get punished for their malfeasance! You bet I'm scared. I'm also mad as hell! |
