i have one of the old remington xp bolt action pistols it was in 221 fireball,i reemed chamber and now am shooting 223s its a lot cheaper to shoot and ammo easier to find.........anyone else own one and converted it. old semperfi

I had one several years ago that I did the same thing to and it worked well. I also had one for awhile in 223 with a custom wood thumb hole stock that had been re-barreled with a much heavier barrel and I like it even better, but traded it off for only God can remember.
