Default Senator Feinstein - a different take on her

I'd not thought of it quite this way, but...

"I Really Wish You Were Dead"
By Cornet Joyce II

I know this is "old news," but the debate over the Assault Weapons ban, sunsetting bills, teetering congressional allegiances, changes of attitudes by President Bush, and the feebleness/ socialism of the NRA, has caused a quote by Senator Feinstein to be dusted off, spit-polished and thrust into the lime-light.

For example, we find an editorial on the Claremont Institute site that re-quotes her inflammatory rhetoric: Feinstein (D-Calif.), who said on CBS's 60 Minutes: "If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them, Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in, I would have done it." (February 5, 1995)

I would like to extrapolate her statement to the "end of the story" in such a way as to pose a most chilling conclusion to her very straight-faced declaration.

"Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in!"

I pose: "or else what, Senator Feinstein, OR ELSE WHAT?" Please think about that question before you read on, dear Reader. OR ELSE WHAT?

Let's consider that for a moment. May I quote one western state Congressman who serves in the same Congress as she: "they will have to pry my gun out of my cold, dead hand." I personally received that intense statement from the gentleman in response to one of my warnings about gun confiscation. I was thrilled. I admire his obvious pregnant loneliness amongst his colleagues.

Hundreds of thousands, perhaps MILLIONS, have said: "they will not get my guns without a fight." Hundreds of thousands have indicated they would die before they gave up their firearms. I am included in that group, knowing that I am proudly standing with the ghosts of the folks who died at Lexington, and all those since, who have forfeit their lives to keep their guns. That includes the fields of marble in Europe covering the cold dead hands of those who were content to tell Adolph Hitler and his ilk that his gun confiscation was about to end because they were not letting him cross that line at Lexington.

So let's examine Senator Feinstein's concluding remark:

"I would have done it"

In other words, dear reader, she would as soon you be dead, if that is what is necessary for Mr. and Mrs. America turn them all in.

I know some of you will throw up your hands in dismay, protesting: "that is not what she is saying. She is saying she will take them, but she is not saying how. Perhaps she is saying she will let the courts take them." To you granitic-brained obsequious mannequins I shout, HOW WILL THE G-D D (fair statement in their latest God-less-ness) courts do that without sending in the army or the police to TAKE THEM?

SHE DOES NOT CARE. She is willing to see you dead, or she was making a totally asinine, careless, thoughtless statement. Now let us consider the quality of her mind. Her husband has sequestered a near-billion dollar defense contract from the government, and we are supposed to attribute "folly" and "ill-conceived" statements to her? As the youth of America is wont to exclaim: "Pluuuuuuuuleaze" don't insult me.

I assert that Diane Feinstein was saying that if it takes killing to get the guns, and she could get the votes, she did not care who got killed. I assure you that Rosie of daytime television would at least have you in PRISON. What difference is there between being imprisoned and being killed? Damned little, if you will.

I would hope that her wishes for your elimination/disarmament include thousands of you. If it only includes me, we are lost. This is one time "An Army of One" is Reductio Ad Absurdum.

Now, dear reader, I ask you: How do you feel about a Senator who would just as soon see you dead to fulfill her desire to inflict upon you the UNITED NATIONS REQUIREMENT TO DISARM EVERY NATION????

To those who would think this is a radical take on the destruction of RBKA, think again.

This line of thinking ot only permeates the entire opposition to arms possession in any form, IT IS THEIR WATCHWORD.

She has merely broken ranks and admitted what others refuse to, while a subterfuge to our efforts through seeming to only 'restrict' or 'help better life' through legitimate means in the name of:

"gun safety"
"campaign finance reform"
"eliminating plastic guns"
"assault rifles"
and non-existant "gun-show loopholes"
etc.

Our job is to be ever vigilant not to fall for any of these subterfuges or ruses in the name of clevorly shaded terms to appeal to our sence of decency and, most of all, FEAR.

MAKE NO MISTAKE. OUR REAL WAR IS FULLY AGAINST THIS THINKING AND DEDICATION.

Here, as in so many other things in life, the motto of the Boy Scouts applied:

"BE PREPARED"

If they nulify a singe amendment, then as I see it they have in effect nulified the entire Constitution.
If the Constitution is nulified then the government is nulified.
Do they really want to become the new "motherland" and force us to become the new Minutemen?
Time will tell.
And I've timed it...it takes me less than a minute to unlock my gun safe...

That "for the children" slogan is getting pretty damn tired, if you ask me. Every time I hear that, I want to puke.

You asked:
Quote:

I think the signature at the bottom of my posts pretty much sums up how I feel about it.

Translated to English, it means "destroy that which destroys you".

Here is what you do for the children, you educate them on history and how to shoot. You teach them that with a gun comes great moral responsibility. You teach them that an unarmed society is at the mercy of the government. And most important, you teach them that freedom is not free, you must fight for it and some must die so that others can live free and defend your self! My daughter is 11 months old and I take her to gun shows, when I do any cleaning or work on my guns she is right there with me and I explain everything that I am doing to her. Yes, she is 11 months old, she may not understand it yet, but by the time she is 2 or 3, I guarantee that she will have the knowledge to breakdown and clean a weapon and possibly fire one. Ignorance is our biggest enemy.

Bravo, Texan.

I would add one comment to yours, though. The fight for freedom is CONTINUOUS and that fight NEVER - NEVER ENDS.

The vigilant person must NEVER be willing to let down their guard because the opposition is just always waiting for those little cracks so that they may pry them open a little at a time. If one doesn't keep on CONSTANT GUARD - - ALL WILL BE LOST!
