I have a Husqvarna 7mm Rem Mag Bolt action rifle I purchased from a guy in 1966. On the top of the barrel it has "Husqvarna VAPENFABRIKS AB 7MM Rem Magnum". On the side of the barrel just at the front of where the chamber is it has a king hat symbol with what looks like lightning under it and then NITRO under the lightning. The gun is in excellent shape; has a 3-9 variable scope; and has the scrolled etching on the bolt.
Does anyone know what this might be worth?

Hi theFeck.........welcome to TFF.
The Blue Book lists a whole bunch of different Series and Grades of Husky rifles. I don't find any listed in 7mm Remington Magnum. Since you bought it in 1966, that eliminates some of the later models. Best I can do is to give you a Blue Book price range for models made in the 1966 timeframe or earlier.... 98% - $480 to $550 95% - $440 to $495 90% - $360 to $415 The scope would add a little to the value, but I don't know how much. Hope this helps..... |

You might try Sarco, up in (well, since you're in Canada, it'd be "down in") New Jersey. They got a large shipment of Huskies in a few years back. Shotguns and rifles, bolt guns and rollers, all kinds of calibers and gauges. http://www.sarcoinc.com/ I know that some of the guns they got in were broken, so they were parting them out.
