I need a little help with my phone. We were blessed last Monday with a new grandson. I took pictures, and made some movies with the cell phone. I can view them on the phone, but can't get them to the card. Take the card out, and put it back in. I get the standard "Will move all pictures to the card", and I select yes, move the pictures to the card, but it don't happen. In the manage my pics section, sometimes the phone will give me the choice to move the pictures to the card, but it won't. Most of the time it won't give me that choice! Anybody got any ideas? Maybe take it to the Vrizon store?

got a bluetooth dongle for your PC ??
beam em to your PC direct from the phone ![]() most laptops have BT built in as do most phones but most PC's need a dongle ( unless you have a wizz bang PC with all the options) i'll wager a kid near you has .. borrow the dongle and the install disk for the sotware and then read your phones memory like a local hard drive copy delete , whatever .. Check the card, some have a little tiny slide that locks it from being loaded or deleted.

Not the phone, but the card is taken out, placed in a card reader, and then plugged into the computer via USB port.

simplest way would be to plug the phone into the PC. Wait for the pop up select transfer pictures to pc. Then click ok. It will transfer them all to your PC.

I email the pix from my phone to my email address. You may have a bad card. What type of phone is it?

I'll have to go get a USB cable that is compatible with my phone, and PC. Might run to town today, and stop by Virizon, they should have what I need, or at least can help me.

Carver is your phone a smart phone, or a dumb phone? If its a basic dumb phone, you probably wont be able to transfer pics directly from the phone via cable. No dumb phone I ever had could do it. My guess is your card is bad.
