Default Got to meet a TFF member today

Today I was driving through Marsing and had the priviledge to stop by Berto's home and meet him. I was extra polite when I saw that he is about 6"6" and weighs about 270 pounds and is solid muscle. His boots looked to be size 14 and he carries a huge bowie knife on his side and has an American flag in his yard. He also has a sign under the flag that says these colors don't run. There was another sign that says "Pond scum doesn't live here but there's plenty of it in Washington." He, he, he. Did I do you justice Berto?

Anyway, Berto was a pleasure to meet. There is a mom and pop drive thru in his town that serves the best foot long open faced grilled hot dogs. We both agreed that we are going to have to get together and chow some down. I am thinking in about two weeks we will be having lunch together.

Meeting TFF folks is great.
Thanks Berto

Good for you Highboy. It is an amazing family we have here at TFF.

Did you bring him a 1/2 gallon of Thin Mint ice cream? That's the only way I'm letting you in my door!

I agree, it's great to meet and talk with forum members, to put faces to names and "hear" them speaking as they post on the forum.

Very true, even with pics it's neat to meet and greet someone in person.

Good bunch right here!

Hmmm, lets see. You live in the SW desert. That should be somewhere not too far from me. Now if geds can hook me up with some Thin Mint I should be able to get into your front door.

I say, 2 footlongs open face grilled, bread buttered and grilled too, catsup, relish, onions, large fries with salt, and a bottomless beverage. Oh by the way, two dogs. Than an ice cream cone. We could eat that while we talk about the gags we could pull off at next years TFF BBQ.

If all goes well this next week i hope to have a Suzuki Volusia motercycle. A local bike store is trying there best to use my 92 ford Explorer and the little Roketa scooter for a trade in for a bike. If i get that then i hope to ride about the state on the weekends and meet some of ya all from here. Just look for the toothpick with long hair riding an elephant!

I just had one of my childhood favorites, the original Klondike bars.

Like they say on TV, "What would you do for a Klondike?"
