Good evening and happy holidays! We're attempting to identify a Revelation Model 400 LC 12 Ga. Semi Auto shotgun. We have check the cross refere3nce on E-gunpart.com, Googled the make and model and checked the blue book of gun values for information to identify the manafacture and and value of the piece. We were unable to find any helpful information. If any of the members has information we would appreciate it.

Check a picture of a Stevens 745 and see if you get a match.
