Default henry rifle

This is a henry rifle with a serial number in the 8xxx range. What would something like this be worth in this condition?

Is it marked Winchester? Also the Lawrence front sight seems to be missing.

It is chambered for the 44cal rimfire, taking the missing sight. u really need to tell us the condition of the whole rifle. Is there any military marks on it,does it have the four piece cleaning rod in the butt? Does the front of the barrel come off to get the spring out? All of these factors will tell us for sure if it is an early model or later. These rifles did not far so well at hitting and killing anything over 50 yards because the bullet was so heavy and very little black powder to carry it. More close up pics would help to determine value, just like a lot of firearms. all numbers must match.
Regards
Danny

There are no military marks and the cleaning rods are missing. The front of the barrel comes off and everything on the gun functions. It also has a nice brown patina on the barrel.
