Can someone point me to a web site that can explain why this man only served 4 months of a year long tour and was awarded so many medals for "one" supposedly act of heroism?. And I understand that his Military Records are "Sealed". Why?

I don't know the web site, but there are a few. He sure did, served four months, three purple hearts, bronze star and silver star. Must a had a hard time shaving!

Because he had them sealed when he finally won a congressional seat. He only served four months because he took advantage of a little known law that said if you are wounded three times you can request to be taken out of combat and then he could resign his commission. Imagine that. Then he went home and joined VVAW and was actually involved with an assassination plot again several southern senators who backed the war in RVN. He supposedly resigned his executive position in the VVAW and the actual plotter of the assassination plot is now part of his campaign crew.

Go Figure!
