Think that`s darn good, as most are 5-6"+ @ 100 yards. He must be using a solid mount and benchrest. LTS

That guy must be shooting offhand or kneeling, Benched in properly it should shoot solid 2" groups at 100 with no scope. At least that has been my experience.

All Mini's are different. I can do 2" out to 200 yds with mine offhand, and I'm not a real good shot. My buddies, I was lucky to do 6" at 100 yds offhand. Both scoped, mine a semi-crappy Tasco, his a Leopold. I have the crummy aftermarket side mount on mine, his was a ranch with built-in scope mounts.

The mini 14 is not accurate is a myth i heard for ten years until i purchased one and shot it.It shot 1-2 inch groups at hundred yards and im not a rifle shooter, but that's better than most can do with 24 inch ar15.My wife laid claim to it by the way and im back to my ar.

Why was a 9 year old thread resurrected?
