This is the smartest thing she could have done. IMO it is going to be hard for any judge to go through the first trial were the defense asks for the charges to be dropped........because this case is BS. This case might ruin a judge's career.

Anybody heard about "Ito" in awhile.....he will never be on the United States Supreme Court for sure....

well, CNN isn't great, but it's better than if her husband worked for PMSNBC. That station will have him convicted before the trial gets underway.

There is no way Ole' George is 250 pounds (as reported by the media),
and I wonder how tall his attorney is?

No judge in his right mind would want this case, Zimmerman gets anything less than life without parole and the judge, jury and prosecutor will all be on the black panthers hit list

I was watching something about this case the other day and also got to wondering how dear ol' Lance is doing these days. Boy, what a total putz. Only the crying nut in the juvie or family court (GA?) was worse.

If, IMO, anything but a guilty finding, and the longest jail term permitted is imposed, whoever the judge is will have to hire 24/7 bodyguards for the rest of their lives for them and their family members.

Dropping out of a scenario like that isn't hard to justify or understand.

judges already have body guards, the U.S. Marshals.
