why not ?
if you can sue a tobacco company for giving you cancer, and if you can sue a fast food chain for making you fat. and if you play pro football and have a college education but can't read and you can sue. and if you order a cup of hot coffee and spill it on your crotch and you can win a a couple million in court...... why cant i sue the miller brewing company for all the ugly women i've slept with ?

Good point!! A friend told me he is gonna start throwing cigarettes on his couch. They have the FSC on the side meaning fire safe cigarettes. When his house burns down he said he is going to sue because they are supposed to be fire safe.
