Question Sniper Rifle Video Feed

I have been a fanatic of sniper rifles and know quite a bit about them. But i have never heard of or seen any kind of equipment that hooks up to a sniper rifle to create a video feed of the shooters view. That is until i watched the Tourist, is this possible? If so what kind of attachment or equipment is this?

I have two

one is a swarovski adaptor that fits on the back of your scope and allows you to look through it but will take a feed off it and save to video

the other is a veru high end video scope very expencive and we've set that one up for disabled shooters as you can use that to aim or the video output to aim
