I happen to see this article. How can anyone be so dumb and actually agree to pay this much rent for a spot of sidewalk? And we wonder why we're in a recession.

Years ago I saw a studio apartment of about 134 square feet sell for about $135,000. The apartment was in Manhattan. My kid's bedroom is about 134 sq. ft. Amazing pricing in NY.

It was just a misunderstanding Chuck. Mr. Pasang Sherpa the hot dog vendor thought the 643,000 rent he bid was in Cambodian Riels.
