Default .308 SUBSONIC

Does anyone have any recipes for .308 subsonic? Or, can point me in the direction of literature/manuals for subsonic loads?

Yep. I use 10 gr TB under a 175 gr SMK for my boys to shoot. They are ages 5 and 7 and love shooting my .308 with these popgun loads.
