My grandpa gave my dad a Stevens .22 LR leveraction. My grandpa got it sometime in the 1930's in Oklahoma and used it for squerill huntin. The length of the barrel is either 22 or 211/2 in depending on how you measure. It was used so much that the stevens stamp is barely readable and even with my good eysight can only read STEVENS reg pat. There is several rust spots, the screw that holds the stock is stripped and the firing pin is so worn that it can only shoot up. He had taken it to the Oklahoma Gun Museum decades ago and lead him to a room and tod him they'd trade any gun because of the length, but he does tell some stories. Please respond with any info. i have added pictures in the attachments
It reads Trademark STEVENS reg pat ?????????

This is the Stevens "Marksman" model, less common than the Favorite: The Marksman barrel tips down when the lever is dropped, and the Favorite has a drop-block action with stationary barrel.

I talked to my grandpa and it sounded like he got it in the mid 30's and that it might be a Crackshot. Could it be a Crackshot?

Stevens Crackshot was an 18 inch, straight stocked (not pistol grip), single shot 22 or 32 RF, made between 1913 and 1941. It appears, to me, to match the description, and if he got it in the 30s, could very well be. The Favorite had a "small tapered forearm". Usually came with a 24 inch barrel, but other lengths were available. Could get it with round or octagonal barrel. From 1894 to 1935. So it could be a Favorite.
