Default UN in Australia , whats coming for the USA

Family Court claims power to sell assets of couples 'separated' by old age
BY: CAROLINE OVERINGTON From: The Australian November 23, 2011 12:00AM

THE full bench of the Family Court has declared that it "clearly has the power" to split the assets of elderly couples who remain married but are "physically separated" because one of them lives in a nursing home, opening the way for a new wave of legal action.

Under the determination, the Family Court could order the sale of the family home and divide all other assets of a long marriage when a couple had been forcibly separated by dementia and the other diseases of old age.

no laws have been changed here in Australia to do this , it was all done on the say so of a UN report , the courts just enacted it , your government is looking at signing the USA up to a similar system , they make a report , you make it law , no consultation , just the law .. you oppose it and your guilty of sedition .. ( treason)

look out folks , the UN claim they'll be able to do the same in the USA within 5 years via the union movement and others who are pushing for similar

this was brought about by a gay guy who wants his parents money , now he has it but the private care for his parents had to stop when he stopped paying the money and so they got relocated to public care

he's spending their healthcare fund living his gay drug filled lifestyle ..

What's The Family Court, Jack? I'm just wondering what, if anything, would be the same, but with a different name here

Family law is kid's , divorce, mutual property settlements ( individual non commericial meaning gay's pre marriage law's )

they are separate from the criminal courts with "respect to rights" , meaning the lady has all the rights and the bloke has none ( unless he's gay )..

divorce courts i think you'd call em , set up to be PC here in the late 70's

the default rule of which is the mother get's the kid's , even if she's a drunk . or worse ..

some PC customer service agent may place the kids into care , even if that care is not great .. rather than the father ..

splitting families the socialist way .. since about 1974 here ..

family court can step in if your charged with a firearms offence and take ya kids away , there was no law , just another UN report .. your unsafe to have kid's you like guns!!!

watch out folks , its coming to a law near you soon ..
