Hey guys, i live in new york and i recently started looking for a job or apprenticeship. the problem i have been having is finding information on if i can legally work in a gunshop at the age of 16. i would be greatly appreciative if somone could enlighten me in anyway possible. thank you

Looks pretty specific, not a whole lot allowed BUT:
These rules do not apply to: . •Workers younger than 18 who are apprentices individually registered in DOL registered apprenticeship programs •Student-learners enrolled in recognized cooperative vocational training programs, •Trainees in approved on-the-job training programs Maybe get some machine shop skills in a training program, would come in handy in gun work.
