Hi glock19er......welcome to TFF!
At $110 you stole it! Basically, it's a part-for-part 2/3 scale copy of he Colt M1911A1.......and, it's a sweet little gun. I've had one since the 1970's, and it's loads of fun to shoot. |

Yep you made out like a bandit.
The older ones are the good ones. I have had this one one since the late '60's

Good 'steal (steel)'! I bought mine in Germany in '76 for, are you ready for this... $70.00 US! You read it right, SEVENTY BUCKS! The guy was leaving for CONUS (the US) and didn't have the proper paperwork to re-import it back into the USA so I offered him $50 and he said $70 and I bought it.
Now I am in need of some new grips. The LH is broken fairly badly on top and I want to replace them both. I don't need any fancy, laser etched-things, just replacements. Can any one help me out? Please email me off-list if you have or know of someone who has a set. Thanks. |
