Default Glock 17 & 23 loading info

I would like range and defence loading info for a Glock 17 & 23. I understand that lead is a no-no in Glocks. Bullet mfg and powder would be helpful.

For range use I shoot 115gr fmj's by montana gold with 5.5gr unique, standard primer, seated to 1.130 COAL for my G17

I suggest that you do not use reloads for self defense but only factory ammo. You are opening alot of opportunity for attorneys if in fact you have to shoot in a defense situation.

I use near max loads of Power Pistol for all my 9mm FMJs, 115s and 130s. O.A.L. at 1.160". Most of my 9mms get fired through the G17, but have not had any problems no matter what pistol is used. Re-read 312's 2nd line.
