Question Ruger MK 512 Target Mark ll pistol value , one year old.

What would the selling price of my Ruger MK 512 .22 cal. Mark ll be approximately ? It is blue, bull 5.5 barrel, excellent condition. I bought it new one year ago and fired it about 300 times. I have all the papers, manual, case etc . I have two pistols and am not that interested in pistol shooting and want to buy another .22 rifle. This pistol is in overall like new condition. Thanks for any input. Gary

OK Gary....here you go.

Blue Book says......

Ruger Mark II Target:

98% - $245
95% - $205

Clean it up nice and with the case & papers, I'd think about $250 is a fair price.
