Default Pedersoli trapdoor problems

Any problems with the repro trapdoors by Petersoli? I decided not to buy a H&R repop due to the locking cam loosening, according to info in the forum. Are the Pedersoli's made the same, with a setscrew holding the cam to the shaft?

Thanks for the response. Is the pedersoli rated only for BP or can you shoot smokeless factory loads?
