Default Iver Johnson Hammerless .38

Hey All, Need help dating an old Iver Johnson Hammerless break-top .38 S&W. I think it was manufactured between 1909 and 1941, but would like a more specific date. I'm sure it is a third model. gun info: Does not have the safety trigger-barrel length is 3 1/4"--cylinder is 1 1/4"--casing length inside cylinder is 13/16"--4 pin in bottom of frame--double strap break-open--and serial number on grip frame is D 94xxx. Would appreciate any and all help.
