An original wouldn't have a serial number. Need good closeup pics to judge condition but my WAG is around 75.00 if in really good condition and isn't made in Spain.

An original gun would have the maker's name spelled Deringer (one "r").

Just because it has two Rs and a serial number doesn't necessarily mean it is new or even 20th century. Many generic "Derringers" from the Deringer era had serial numbers and have some value. With that said, I have a pistol marked "Philadelphia Derringer" that my brother gave me, and it is essentially unrifled junk probably from the 1970s. .

It is a poorly executed and inexpensive copy. Probably not old enough to drink and worth $30-$40. Mine is identical, my brother picked it up at a yard sale for $5 and then gave it to me.
