Homemade frozen chocolate moose pie - after a big spaghetti dinner. Not traditional, but oh so good!

My grandfather told me the story about the buddies going moose hunting. All agreed that they would draw straws to see who the cook would be and he would cook until someone complained. The complainer would take over cooking duties until someone else complained. Sam drew the short straw and dutifully got up and had a fine breakfast made for the guys before they went out for the morning hunt. Everyone complimented him and he again had nice lunch ready for them mid day.

Sam finally began to realize that unless he did something to get a complaint he would spend his whole vacation cooking for his buddies. So, when everybody came back for supper Sam had burned the meal. Everybody choked down the supper - but no complaints were made. Sam figured more drastic measures were in order, so the next morning while everyone was out hunting Sam took a little stroll collecting all the moose droppings he could find. From these he made a nice big "moose pie" for desert.

Well, the guys choked down the burnt lunch and when Joe took the first bite of the pie, he exclaimed: "This tastes like moose sh*t - but good!"
