Default LC 5.56 blanks

Hi, I am new to the site. I need to find out if a LC 5.56 blank with the serations on the body 3/8 in from head are safe to reload as AAC 300 blackout or the 7.62x40 WT.Thanks for the help.

I would not. The brass is too cheap to take a chance that the case might separate at the serration. There have been reports of some 7.62mm M118 brass separating where that brass is knurled near the web, and the case wall is a lot thicker on that brass.
