Default Colt/Umarex 1911 .22lr Sight Replacement

Does anyone know if there are any sight replacements for the Colt/Umarex 1911 .22lr Govt model that do not require a gunsmith? This is my first 1911 style pistol and I am not familiar with the sight options. I would like a 3 dot or fiber optic. The front and rear sights are easy to remove and reinstall with a small allen wrench.

Here is a couple of Pics (I have replaced the grips with some wood ones from Altamont)

from the web site's manual, they look like a simple dove-tail. if you can't find one specially made for it, check out a local gunsmith, bet they could cut the type of sights that you want to fit.
